• How do commissions work?

​

Commissions will begin with a simple description of your vision submitted through the inquiry box above. Please describe the size, medium, desired receive-by date, and content you envision. After submitting your inquiry, I will email you to discuss your vision further and lock in your spot. ALL commissions require a deposit to begin the process.

 

• What mediums do you work in? 

​

I specialize in oil painting and charcoal drawing. I will only work in these two   mediums to ensure you receive my best quality work.

• How long will my commission take? 

​

The timeframe in which your commission will be completed depends on the scale and medium you choose. Generally, a commission takes about 1 to 3 months, depending on the piece's complexity. However, If there is a specific time you need the work completed by, i.e., an anniversary or birthday, I'd be happy to accommodate these needs if given a reasonable deadline. 

 

• Will you ship my commission to me? What if I am international?

Yes, I do offer shipping as well as local pick up/ drop off.  All international shipping will be discussed and 50% of the cost will be factored into the commission price. International Orders: Due to customs, shipping can take a week to a few months. I have no control or responsibility for delayed delivery times, and there will be no refunds for delayed deliveries. Please contact me if your order has not arrived in one month, and I will locate it. 

 

• How does payment work for commissions?

The total cost of your commissioned work will be discussed AFTER your inquiry. I will send you a quote for you to review. You can pay in two installments - a 50% deposit upfront to begin your order and the remaining half when your piece is complete. Other payment plans can be arranged upon request. Pricing is NOT negotiable. A deposit is REQUIRED to start the process. 

 

• What payments do you accept?

I accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and ApplePay.

• Do you offer refunds?

​

All sales on original artworks are final. There are no cancellations or refunds on original artwork. Refunds will ONLY be considered for damaged works and lost parcels. If you are unsure about a commission, please carefully review your inquiry and pricing before you commit to it.
